The light at the end of the tunnel

I’ve had a period of lots of stress lately… took on too many projects and tried too hard to achieve too much too soon!

It’s interesting that when you start to increase your energy levels and motivation for changing your life to the better, you learn to ignore some of your bodys objections – because you learn to leverage your willpower to always go to the gym, work an hour extra, and so on – regardless of if you’re feeling tired or worn out.

Eventually it catches up with you. So now I’ve had to lower the tempo a bit, and say no to a few things.

An evening of meditation here and there and some time in nature as suggested here has helped.
